The company was initially established in 1997 as a sole
proprietorship business by the founder Adjetey Sowah as
an acknowledged industry innovator and leader in Ghana
in the areas of its expertise, the business has taken
the development and networking of expert skills over the
years and close working relations with a number of
reputable internationally recognized Aluminium companies
and other firms to achieve this.
Gutty Universal Limited was established as a private
limited liability company and was incorporated on
November 10, 2004. The company was authorized to
commenced business on November 11, 2004. It was
established to acquire and take over the assets and
liabilities of Gutty Universal Enterprise. Gutty
Universal limited had been registered under the Business
Names act 1962 (Act 151) No. CA – 14483.

in Italy that specializes in the design, creation and
installation of metal or glass structures for
residential, commercial (service) and industrial
constructions. Founded in the early 80’s, the company is
an important point of reference in the production and
installation of metal fittings, curtain walls and
complementary glass parts. Thanks to its great
professionalism and the most modern equipments, Zero Due
Building Workshop now operates in international markets,
and more precisely in El Cairo (Egypt), Moscow (Russia),
Las Vegas (USA), Paris (France), and Accra (Ghana).
Gutty Universal Limited is also in the process of
forming another joint partnership with Bertolini, a
company in Brazil which deals in Hotel Furnishing,
Household, Kitchen Cabinets and Fittings. |
